- The front desk was absolutely amazing. When we arrived she was so friendly, nice and welcoming. This was my first time in Panama and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. She is a great asset to your team. Highly recommend!!

- Except for the housekeepers, the staff in the restaurant and bar are disrespectful and undisciplined. the food is very bad. The order never arrives on time.
- Nothing to blame the hotel for. Most of the shops in the hotel complex were closed due to COVID -- unfortunate. The hotel is not in a bad area, but as in any major city, caution is needed after dark.

The cafe restaurant was delightful--good food, reasonable prices. But the excellent bakery was a treasure. The pool area is gorgeous, a boon during weekend COVID-19 lockdowns. Doormen are especially helpful and gracious.
Nothing to blame the hotel for. Most of the shops in the hotel complex were closed due to COVID -- unfortunate. The hotel is not in a bad area, but as in any major city, caution is needed after dark.
