- Hotel was clean overall. Daily service Team were friendly.
- Loved all the different themes around the lobby and around the Ruby elevator.

- Would like a fridge
- Security staff is not the nicest. This is not a family hotel and hosts many conventions. Location is very much off the strip so will be an average of $15-20 per ride share each way to and from the strip. Would not stay at this hotel again.
- We were sad the pool was closed.

Location??
Did not know it was a Casino. Extremely long walk from parking to lobby in a SMOKE infested casino, people smoking every where and NO WAY to get around it! Undisclosed $57 amenities FEE! We did not use ANY amenities!
