- Staff was friendly The rooms and grounds were very clean and well kept.
- The kids club and entertainment.
- The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They were always willing to help in any possible way.
Cons -
- All the restaurants were booked by members before they can and guests were last on bookings. The buffet food was less than average.
- Extremely low quality food and alcohol. This is not a 4-star hotel. Unreliable WiFi (cant zoom). You have to pay extra for room service (not included in all-inclusive). No parking valet (you have to park your car yourself). This is a 2-star level.
- The food was not so great. Also there was not so many activities to do, but I understand it's due to covid. My only complaint would be the toilets. Lol they don't flush properly. Other than that it was a good experience.

Nothing. Best part was meeting up with our friends.
The food was awful, the a la carte restaurants were Mediocre at best. The AC in the room did not work very well. We got our room changed from the day we arrived due to the bedroom being extremely dirty and the AC not working at all.
