Som of the cleaning staff was very nice

First of all we got a non smoking room and it smells straight like cigarettes and weed all the time the rooms and the outside as well

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Since we were traveling with two children, we were a bit concerned. On our way to the room, we noticed a strong smell in the elevator that resembled marijuana and cigarette smoke. Late at night, we could also hear loud arguments coming from the neighboring room.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed with Our Stay at Bally’s Hotel and CasinoOur experience at Bally’s Hotel and Casino was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We stayed in room 381, and it was nothing like what was advertised online. The photos showed a clean, updated, and comfortable space — but what we walked into was the complete opposite.The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom light did not work, making it difficult to even use the space properly. One of the lamps was missing its power button, so it couldn’t be turned on. The shower head was visibly dirty, and the bathroom vent had noticeable dirt and buildup. Overall cleanliness was clearly lacking.What was most concerning was what we found in the bed — a plastic knife and a Cheerio under the sheet. That alone shows the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, the mirror on the wall looked like it was about to fall off, which felt unsafe and unacceptable.When you book a room based on advertised photos and descriptions, you expect to receive something comparable. Instead, we felt completely misled. The condition of room 381 did not reflect the standard that’s portrayed on the website.Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations, and we will not be returning. I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere if you’re expecting the quality that’s shown in the advertisements.
