Pros +
- The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The manager also made accommodations since I wasn?t satisfied with my room.
- Nothing. It was dirty, and not what I anticipated from a Hilton.
- Clean, easy access from the airport, friendly staff.
Cons -
- The rooms are old and dated. I also did not care for the area.
- I was checked into a dirty or potentially filled room, front desk didn?t know about it. Granted that can happen, the second room had a air purifier plugged in and sitting at the center of the room to try and kill the weed smell. Just not great.
- The room door handle worked opposite of what you'd expect, lifted up to open. Because it was very late at night when I checked in (I was tired due to a missed connection) it took a trip back down to the desk to get help figuring that out. Minor problem.
