- The gentleman that checked us was wonderful very pleasant
- The hotel was close to the George Washington Bridge, and the room was comfortable for the most part, but that's about it.

- I drove my parents to see their grandchildren. We arrived early. Told that our rooms are ready but had to pay an extra $120 if we wanted to check into our rooms 2 hours before check-in. My parents given a cookie. Told they had to pay $3 extra for water.
- No toilet paper in the bathroom had to use tissue that was in the container and also the shower gel was completely empty was not aware they charge $15 in order to have a microwave brought up to our room
- IF YOU COME TO THIS AREA WITHOUT A CAR, FORGET ABOUT RIDING A BUS TO AND FROM THE HOTEL. The only way in or out is by cab or Uber. The hotel has a shuttle which runs to a nearby bus stop, BUT NOT BEFORE 11 A.M.
