Location is great
The bed and pillows are aweful. There is very little airflow, very stuffy feeling in the rooms.

Our room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. It had a view across the Willamette River and was close to the city centre with shops and restaurants nearby.Drinks and snacks are available from reception staff which is helpful on days when food is not offered in the restaurant.Storage was adequate but some storage may be difficult to access.
We were unable to sample the hotel restaurant as breakfast and dinner are not offered on Mondays or Tuesdays. The hotel is separated from the river by a busy road which was noisy on the two nights we stayed. Some storage is at ground level, beneath the bed. We think this may cause difficulties for some people.A number of un-housed people stay near the hotel, so best to keep an eye out after dark.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. The hotel is suitable for a one-night stay, though it has more of a motel vibe when walking through the halls. The rooms were decent, and the bed was comfortable. It's also very pet-friendly, which is a big plus when traveling with your four legged friend.
The air conditioning is extremely loud and cannot be turned off, which made it difficult to sleep consistently.

The beds! Always the beds! The friendly and helpful staff.
The a/c in the room we were given did not work.(It was +100f outside and definitely needed). And the tub didn't hold water. The extremely friendly and helpful maintenance worker helped us move rooms. The room we were moved to was slightly better, cooling wise, but it was still really warm. I received a call shortly after apologizing and offering us a free night, which was very nice of them. We have stayed here previously, and came back as soon as we realized we would be back in Portland. Warning: the beds make it where you don't want to explore the town. You don't want to leave the room!!

We were there on 4th of July and chose the hotel based on location to the park. It was a good location and the hotel and staff were nice.
No issues

The room size, the beds
The bathrooms, and overall furniture fixtures in the room and the hotel as a whole were jaded. The charging switches not next to the bed. Shower cubicle not well enclosed.
