The hotel is beautiful with its indoor streams and koi fish. The atrium is very nice as are the employees. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable.
The toilet paper holders are set so far back, you have to contort yourself to get to it. Problem solved by removing the roll from the holder and putting it on the counter. Also, I like shower stalls and not bathtubs with a shower.

Great location and amenities
The elderly staff were not as welcoming and one in particular made me uncomfortable every time we entered the lobby area and seen he was also doing it to people of color when you say hello he does not respond which I am concerned as they are literally by the airport and many people of different cultures come through. I have stayed at numerous embassy suites due to their superb customer service and the comfort of amenities but may double think if I would like to stay at a place that doesn’t make all feel welcomed.

Breakfast, separate bedroom from main room, reception, comfortable beds, good space in room, comfy sofa, very nice staff.
The *heated* pool wasn't really heated (was very cold) and there was no hot tub to use instead. Chair in the living space was very hard and uncomfortable. $25 fee for early arrival.

Great location, nice interior.
Because of location a little noisy with airplanes, but also our neighbors were really noisy!
