I loved the air purifiers in the rooms and filters on the showers.

The beds were a little hard.

My credit card was compromised and this is the only place I used it at?

It was cold in the room. We had three rooms and all were cold maintenance tried to fix the problem but it didn't work.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Beautiful room! Clean, spacious; microwave, fridge, coffee maker; delicious breakfasts and evening receptions. Ample parking. Even though it?s right at airport the noise was minimal.

$20 night for parking

Happy hour is a joke. 30 minutes to wait in line for a drink. ONE BARTENDER??? Reduce the price of the room to reflect NO DRINKS. Marketing BS.

Bartender could not keep orders straight, there was only 4 of us and 2 other tables. Was watching baseball game. Kept making wrong drinks ... was very odd

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly. The omelets were great, and the hotel was clean.

We asked for our room to be cleaned, but they did not clean the tub! The tub had a ring around it.

Free breakfast, cleanliness and atmosphere

The rooms are spacious and well designed. I like having the door between the bedroom and living room. The free breakfast is excellent and far superior to any other hotel that has a similar offering. Lobby is lovely and staff is very helpful.

The pool was just ok. Did not have a hot tub which we would have liked.

When ever I¿m in Portland I stay here. The staff is very pleasant and respectful. I had forgot my I Phone charger and hotel employee at the front desk loaned us her charger. The area is perfect close to the airport and easy to get on the freeway.

Bug/cockroach in the room. I video it and send them pictures. The hotel management never reached out. Which is what the front desk told me to do. The cosmetic of the bathroom. Damaged door and siding in the bathroom

I loved the spacious rooms, the happy hour, specials, and a comfortable on site restaurant. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The mattress on the pullout was terrible! We had to ask for a better mattress and ended up putting it on the floor, not on the bumpy pullout. There wasn¿t closet hanging rack high enough to hang anything, it was 2 feet off the floor ¿ so disabled peo

Location was great next to the airport! Hotel was very modern and clean.

Pictures are outdated and deceiving because there is no longer a hot tub. Also, I booked a 2 bed room and was given a 1 bed room with a pullout couch bed as the second which is not the type of room that I reserved.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet.

The spaciousness of the room, cleanliness and beds were very comfy. The price we paid was excellent. Wish we could have enjoyed the free hot breakfast but had to take the 4:00 a.m. shuttle to the airport!
