Kingston Plantation Condos

Everything outside of our room was clean, nice and well kept.

Our room looked very lived in. Popcorn ceiling was peeling off, vents were full of dust, dishes were dirty, carpet could use a cleaning. Couches were dirty.. it really needed a deep clean. When traveling with children, the one thing you don't want to see are gallons of paint cans in closets that likely haven't been used in years because the walls could have used a coat or 2.

I love the location and friendly staff and all of the amenities that you have.

The condos were not as clean and the beds were uncomfortable and we saw small bugs upon check in.

Great location and beautiful outside!!!! The grounds are well keep as well. The Christmas decorations were a great addition.

Bathroom vent fan doesn’t work Master bathroom door doesn’t lock Master bathroom shower floor is smooth and slick. Tiles on wall need Clorox cleaning in grout. Living room ceiling cracked from what looks like previous water issue Sofa sinks in when sitting Kitchen has no paper towels or any towel for sink. Microwave warms slow. Front right large burner on stove only works on outside… small burner in center out. Only one medium size pot. Dishes were grimy and I had to wash in dishwasher. The pictures online of the Brighten Tower show updated room. My room 1806 is definitely NOT. Only upgrade is a dual Keurig machine. TVs to complicated to work… 2 remotes ? in bedroom and living room. 2nd bedroom never came on.

It was a great location.

That you had to travel to the main hotel to get pool towels when there’s a pool at the south tower. There wasn’t enough pillows on the bed. The bed was hard. They didn’t come and clean the rooms

This is our third visit to the resort. This was by far the best one. The updates to the water park were well received by our family. The lifeguards were paying attention to the order of the guests to prevent any cutting in lines. The staff was helpful, courteous and kind. Our room as we arrived was very clean and tidy. The addition of the brewery was an added bonus.

I would have liked an itemized bill left in an envelope under our door on our last day for check out. Or an itemized bill emailed to me, just to look over charges.The towel situation was a bit tricky as we arrived on two different days to the pools and there were no towels. So to avoid this happening, we kept our towels and washed and dried them for the next day. I continued to do this throughout our stay. Except the last day when we forgot them in our room. Thank goodness on this day there were towels available. On one day, we were disappointed to show up and see the larger water slide area closed for at least two hours. We were told by staff it was something about the chemicals in the water. But it seemed they were understaffed on that day. We made do with the smaller water park, but did leave since the larger park wasn't available. It was disappointing and changed our plans.
