Kingston Plantation Condos

Its located in a great resort property which I almost always stay in.

This particular room was a room which looked like they use it for housekeeping to rest, vacuum cleaners in the closet, no iron, old bed and bedding. Very worst room I have ever had there.

Staff was friendly and the amenities were great for family with kids

Told breakfast was included but then told we had to pay $24. Nice lady gave us extra passes she had

The Grounds look wonderful and the water park is great.

The Lodge room we had was very dark and smelled moldy and had old looking furniture. The bed was old and very soft felt worn out . Should have asked for another unit as we were in 117 . Would not stay in the Lodge again but have enjoyed the hotels .

Did not clean my room. I had to ask for everything from towels to toilet paper.

The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. It is old outdated and wasn?t very clean. The drains were clogged and the pullout bed was disguising. No extra linen at all.

For South Hampton condo. Room dated. Red mold on shower. No ice machine in building. Outdoor showers turned off so no way to rinse sand off when staying at beach front hotel

Dated, depressing building and room. This is NOT at the star level they claim.

Nice location oceanfront with lots of pools

Not very clean room and hotel, too expensive for the old furniture, WiFi didn?t work well, not breakfast included .

Locations-Locations-Locations We got 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms... that made it easy with the Kids and short line for shower..after the beach..lol

Size of the condo

The furniture was very outdated and old. Also there were big roaches that we killed.

The room I was given to stay in for the week was nothing at all Like the picture shown on the website, extremely disappointed. Ended up going and paying for another hotel And never staying at this one and was out $---. The carpet was so disgusting.

Location, resort amenities

Lighting around pool and hot tub at night. Needs better lighting (not all lights around the pool were on)

Enough space for everyone

Yes, unfortunately we had to kill about 4 big water bugs not very pleasant. Place was clean but not sure how they were getting in. We kept patio door closed at all times and did not go out there because of that reason.

Floor was not cleaned upon check in, pest control was poor, several electrical outlets would not hold the plugs.

Rooms were not clean. Dishes were not totally clean there was grease and crumbs on the pans, pots and silverware.

Location and ocean view

Room was filthy. I have several pictures that would disgust you. It was apparent the maid cut corners cleaning. Mold & dirt on shower curtain. Empty water bottle under bed. Floor had not been swept. Toilet paper and feces on the toilet bowl brush

The easy access to an uncrowded private beach. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location to everything around.

Love the location and the water park the breakfast was goo asi My children enjoy it

Kingston plantation have rooms that belong to some people. So they can do whatever they want. The first one was next to one where a dog was alone and barking like at midnight. It was horrible my children crying and upset. I was moved to a new one.
