Overall a nice location and many amenities
Everything was great until the last night at 12am we turned the lights on in room an a huge roach came running the the bathroom from the room that I had to get my boyfriend to kill. I was ready to go at that point. Y’all need to spray every room when guest leave because overall this could be a great resort otherwise. I think I was at the pleasant plantations or something like that

The location was great and the room was clean and spacious. They had plenty of activities if you were interested in them. The security was great as well they notified us at 1130 pm that one of our doors were open on our vehicle, so that made us feel secure.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly.
We was not informed the indoor pool was not heated. It had been broke for a couple of weeks. All pools was running indoor and outdoor and all was cold. Being it's the cold season that would have been important piece of information. I would have not stayed knowing that. The itinerary that was provided for activities stated that indoor pool aerobics was happening everyday while we was on vacation. So that tells you they provided incorrect information. Also they had fire safety drills our whole vacation. No vending machines in the building.
