Good location, easy to navigate lobby area, quick elevators, generous sized rooms. Excellent lady cooking the omelettes at breakfast, she deserves a raise!
Every time the heat would kick on, it made a noise in the room. The tv kept freezing while trying to watch it, and you’d have to click off a channel then click back to get it unfrozen. Upon super close inspection of the room, you could tell certain areas (like on top of light switches) didn’t get dusted, but all the main areas were great.

The room was clean and did not have any bad smells. The kitchen area was also clean and the breakfast was so-so. The front staff were nice.
Our room was quite warm when we checked in at 9:33pm. We turned the thermostat down to 68 in an attempt to cool the room off. The room never cooled off throughout the night. We then turned the room temp down to 64 before we went out for the day. The room was still hot when we returned. I called the front to report the A/C at 2:27pm when we left the hotel again. We returned after 7pm to find the room still hot. I again reported it to the front desk. Someone finally came to our room after 8pm to fix the A/C. This hotel also had events (with loud music) both nights we were there, so it's definitely not a place to go if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place.

Great property, clean comfortable rooms, convenient location
2nd stay this month. The two front desk staff members and a restaurant server I’ve encountered each time seem unable to be friendly. They go through the motions unable to engage in pleasantries much less listen to questions you may have.

The Bill is not transparent $18 per day for parking is too much for a Location that‘s not Downtown

Pay to park situation. Odd that I pay to park but didn't have to confirm my vehicle details. So how would they know which vehicle belongs to me at any point in time to even justify the charge of parking overnight?
