- The check in process…understand it was a busy weekend (Valentine) but staff should’ve been prepared. We had reservations and still waited over a hour to get our suite

It was clean
Room was not ready on time, the wait was over an hour before we got our room.We didn’t get the room we were supposed to but we got something!
