Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Atlanta-Airport

The lounge area was immaculate and the breakfast never disappoints.

No hot tub at this location, our bathtub had issues with slow drainage and despite following the direction we could never get the air conditioning to work.

My room was horrible. Everything was broken from the towel rack to the furniture drawer handles the couch bed was wore out so bad the springs poking out. The window Shears have been torn in half and just hanging in the window was unpleasant.

The drinks and breakfast.

Yes! One of the elevators was out of service which made for a long wait time getting to my room on the 5th floor. The restaurant is understaffed! There was 1 person working trying to provide service for a room of 30 people or more.

Location was good, common areas were clean.

First room had a broken shower that was full of mold. Second room had mold as well. A wedding took over the entire lobby area on Saturday night, making it very difficult to get a drink from the bar or appetizers at the evening reception.

The staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food was good. After traveling all day, free drinks were a nice treat!

The lighting in the kitchen/sitting area was poor, the interior was a bit dated and worn.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and hospitable. During breakfast they made sure we had everything we needed and several staff members checked in with us consistently to make sure we were ok. Also, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

This location, although not bad, did not meet the expectations I?m used to from Embassy Suites. I guess this is an older hotel, so it was not up to date. It was clean but could use some renovations. The tub was very dated which made it look dingy/dirty.

The lobby¿s hang out areas and bar. Like the full breakfast as well.

Food was absolutely terrible and took an hour and a half for a couple of salads and a burger. Breaded chicken had no chicken in it. Terrible quality and not worth the wait. Lack of staff was an issue as well.

I liked the Suite aspect of It. our room was a good size. The Breakfast buffet was great.

Our A/C was out. They had no rooms to change us to. They brought a fan and it didn¿t work. Nothing tells you about the $24 dollar a night parking fee.

Layout of the hotel, room, employees that I encountered were super nice. Breakfast was yummy. My first time staying at the embassy and I¿m impressed.

The WiFi was nonexistent. Like it existed, but couldn¿t maintain a connection. Still rated it perfect because I loved everything else.

We had a great stay. Very close to the airport, only about 20 minutes from downtown. Close to the highway to get anywhere we wanted to go.

The breakfast was not the freshest.

Location was great and the bar/breakfast area was beautiful.

The pool area was disgusting. There were cups and nachos all over from the previous day. I asked the front desk for towels but they never came- so I had to use gym towels.

Too crowded and it took me over an hour to get a SALAD that I ordered at the bar.

Staff and shuttle driver were friendly and helpful.

Motel did not meet the rating given. It is showing signs of age, wear and tear. Shower faucet needed maintenance.

This will be my ¿go to¿ Hotel any time that I visit Atlanta. The staff was kind, the rooms were clean and cozy, the food was great, the atmosphere was beautiful, the reception was cool and I honestly felt at home. This hotel is a gem.
