For a large place, the details were boutique-esque. Rooms were clean and spacious. It felt like a luxury hotel. Breakfast was outstanding. Fresh-made omelets, high-quality options.
It's a large place, with lots of people, so it can get a little noisy, but no significant issues.

I love this hotel normally and try to stay here every time I come to Atlanta. It is a great location and I like the amenities.
It took over 30 minutes to check in, they didn't take a card for incidentals so I had to go back to check in, the carpet was stained in the room, the tv wouldn't turn on in the sitting area, the shower had grit on the floor and the door to the shower wouldn't stay closed.

It has a good location
The parking sucks The pillow cases were dirty the water wasn’t hot. Roaches !

Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Refrigerator was not cooling. Breakfast and all staff were amazing.
Parking lot is very tight and hard to navigate through.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL.
BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE. THEY HAD OATMEAL WITHOUT BROWN SUGAR SO MANY GUEST THREW THE OATMEAL AWAY WHEN THEY ASKED FOR BROWN SUGAR AND WAS TOLD NO. THE POOL WAS ALSO CLOSED FOR CLEANING ON A SUNDAY. GUESTS ARE STILL AT THE HOTEL FOR THE WEEKEND. DISAPPOINTED SWIMMING WASN'T AVAILABLE. BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE.

Everyone that I came in contact with was so polite , friendly and caring . The hotel is amazing so clean and very comfortable !
