JW Marriott Costa Elena Resort & Spa, All-Inclusive

Nice resort. It was the perfect place for my granddaughter wedding. Very clean..The entire staff was very good. Also, the food. Just about every type of food.

Nothing!

Overpriced in the middle of nowhere. Staff didn¿t speak English, food was nasty, no towels at the pool, not enough lounge chairs at the pool. Money you pay is not worth it. I was extremely disappointed. Wouldn¿t recommend! Nor would I go back.

Very beautiful surroundings. Everything was well maintained. The staff was very efficient and attentive to details. The choices for food and drinks was bountiful!

It can be a little frustrating maneuvering a baby carriage around from one pool to another.

The staff, many pools, ocean, beach.

The location, no wrist bands, monkeys on our balcony and the choice of food/quality.

There was only one staff member, a bellman who was rude and in a rush when taking us to our room. Giovani the other bellman was outstanding gentleman.

Extremely attentive staff, amazing cleanliness & great food

The grounds and pools for this hotel were spectacular. The staff were extremely friendly.

Although service was very friendly, there were several things that needed repair in our room and curtains were dirty. We were far from the pools but sounds were still an issue as walls were paper thin and all the floors are tile making sounds carry.

Food was ok

Didn¿t get the room I reserved and paid for, this was to celebrate my birthday in Costa Rica very disappointed in the customer service and then not willing to provide me what I reserved after the shitty rental car experience same thing happened here.

The views were amazing, the rooms and grounds were extremely clean.

The food I would rate as a 4/10. The dinner was OK, maybe a 6/10. the lunches were a 4.5/10. The breakfast was so bad it was almost inedible, 2/10. I wasn't expecting world class dining as it is an A-I, but for the price, I expected much better food.

The all inclusive amenities. There are gorgeous pools and most of the staff was kind.

You are in the middle of nowhere. Very hard to get to locations without long drives.

I enjoyed the pool, the restaurant, the food was amazing. The beach and the view of the ocean was to die for.

The consistent Power outage. The lighting in the hotel is horrible. The hotel is very huge so the distance to everything was a problem & very annoying. There was a lot Wild animals at night.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, wide selection of drinks, many beautiful pools to choose from

Beds were very small, full size. Balconies were too close together and you could here everything around you. Food was ok, expected a much better variety

The modern and chic look of it. Huge pool, nice room, overall aesthetics.

Restaurants limited, or not enough on menu, dark in hallways, horrible Wi-Fi and sometimes rude service.
