- Comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff, room service was excellent, lovely view of the wharf
- Location of this hotel was hard to beat. I did not have to rent a car due to the location. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. Very easy to access public transportation from this location.

- Parking cost, cost of dog, don’t know if this can be changed—- the dog had to go potty late at night, the back doors opened to leave but had to walk all the way around in the dark to the front of hotel—wasn’t happy about that
