All the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. The location is excellent and easily accessible
I felt that my room wasn’t clean. My partner couldn’t sleep well because he felt itchy. There were hairs on the pillows, and the blanket had dark and dirty stains. There were also loose threads from clothing stuck on the bed sheet. The next day, after requesting a change of bed sheets, it seemed like the sheets weren’t replaced with fresh ones because the same loose threads and stains from the first day were still there.The shower in the bathroom was also too strong — I felt like I was being blasted by the water and it hurt my skin.

Big room and comfy bed
Dodgy plumbing brought up bubble bath and unwanted hairs in our bath… not good. Shame the fridge couldn’t be used simply as a fridge.

The location is good, next to the south station. So the red line is within the walking distance. The room is quiet and comfortable. The staff is kind.

Location. Very close to car hire depot. Staff were welcoming and polite. Comfortable beds and soft linen.
Very slow evening service at the Matria restaurant. However the restaurant manager did apologise profusely. Felt the outside patio/seating area could be so much smarter for a quality hotel.
