We satisfied with our stay in Siret for second time.

During breakfast we explored twice shortage of plates and cups. To say positively, the staff rapidly reacted on our request.

Breakfast

The location was close to the beach and also to the bus station, The staff was friendly and resolve the minor issues, good breakfast, and also had a playground for kids.ParkingDaily cleaning Keyboard access for the room, no need key anymore?

In the beginning we changed 2 rooms because the AC wasn't cleaned and smelled, but after the receptionist found a good room.Tv.s are not large and big, not from the photos posted.Not the most comfortable bed's

Good breakfast, it had a few options, a lot of pork options so if you don't eat pork wasn't a lot of other meat. The facilities in the hotel were good, very family friendly with playarea and arcade style area.The room was a decent size, bed was comfortable, had a good night sleep.

The hotel room carpet was a bit dirty and there was no hot water in the shower but since we only stayed for one night we didn't bother mentioning it at the time.

I like the fact that it’s close to the beach and that the kids space is huge and diverse

We had a short stay, but all was really well.

Rooms not so clean. Paint in rooms dirty. Old furniture. Restaurant food majority deep fried in lot of oil, high prices.

-The room was pretty clean and comfortable -Pretty large TV for a hotel room, which I appreciate it-We had a heater who did the job very well-The breakfast was good, especially for just 2 nights-Parking lots in front of the hotel-It seemed they had a big garden which I think it’s nice in the spring/summer.

-For the room access, you had a code, and it was the room number and a zero in front of it, I think it’s a pretty dumb method, basically we had an open door. We had to take all the valuables in the car every time we left, which it’s not ok in my opinion. The good thing was that we stayed only for 2 nights and it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience, but for people who are staying one week or something, I bet it gets annoying. At the reception it was a sign that you could let your precious things there, but is still annoying and dumb. A safe deposit box in the room would have been good in this situation.-The balcony could use some upgrades

decent breakfast. as expected for a 3 star hotel out of season. room rather small, but at an affordable place. clean smell throughout the hotel. modern access system, no need for key to enter room, but electronic keypad.

Location is renovated recently and really close to the beach. The price was ok.

- The room was not cleaned properly. I understand that location is pet friendly, but all the carpet was full of dog hair. - We found in the mini-bar an old cake left from previous customers, that's a sign that the room was not cleaned. - We had to ask the reception to sent the housekeeping to properly clean the room. They cleaned the mini bar and vacuum the carpet, but that was all. Typically when the housekeeping are making the bed as well, but not here. -Breakfast is quite poor, but you can find something eatable. - The walls of the room were dirty.

Good hotel. Clean linen. Nice staff .Price/quality - super.

It was noisy outside.

The location is fantastic while the property is ideal if you travel with pets, while being true to its 3 star rating.By being the only hotel in the middle of Mamaia that allows pets, it should be the de facto destination for animal lovers all the time. Other than their pet policy, the hotel is clean, upgraded with new technologies and employees are very nice and friendly, whatever we asked or communicated, they were always helpful. Another thing worth mentioning was the breakfast, variated and with real options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Too bad we didn’t have time to experience their Medical Spa services.

Nothing. Finding a parking spot could be a challenge but that one can easily overcome.

Shower glass door doesn't have handle. All doors creaked.Breakfast was not so good.

There were no slippers at the room. And there was only one glass but we were two people. The bathroom was not clean enough

Playgroun interior and exterior. Natural shadow in the backyard.

Restaurat personnel are not so reactive for getting the order and cleaning.Lack of maintenance of some details all over.

Location, close to the sea. Good staff.

Not enough parking spots from hotel, cleanliness of the room was 1/10, not working AC, not working light for room number plate.

No elevator, food was not good at all and worst of all, water pressure was low to almost 0
