It was fun and quirky. Loved the patio

Thermostat in room did not work. Had to use a space heater the entire weekend. Breakfast was cheap, cold and gross. Parking was ridiculously expensive compared to the average garage rate in the area. Rooms/bathrooms were very small.

All the fun activities yiu can do. The hotel staff are kind and helpful

Not that it's their fault, but there is a constant smell of pot outside, in the parking garage and often in the elevator.

The cost of parking at $43 and the breakfast was on parking for what you would expect at a Super 8. Hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and bagels. I expected better

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel ZAG. Upon check-in, I found blood on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable.

No working AC , no sugar free drinks, poor choice of snacks, poor “ grab n go breakfast choices, over priced parking. Falsely inflated rating- this was a budget hotel

Free breakfast was worse than most 2 star hotels. TV was broken, bathroom mirror was broken. Stained bedding

Yes, a raging party was happening in the room next door to ours. The front desk was not able to manage the situation and at 5:30am we were moved to another room. there was no security on site and limited staff. Smoke, banging on walls, screaming

This hotel was not a four star ⭐️

One night stay at this hotel, but ... unfortunately, we will not be back. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were subpar, with a mildew smell present. The bed was also extremely worn, causing back discomfort.

The staff and the atmosphere were the best! The patio was gorgeous and s’mores are delightful. Will stay here again.

The staff! They were the most friendly and helpful people!!

The room needs a little TLC. The bathroom was not very clean. The grout in the shower is dirty and crumbling out in some places. The corners of the bathroom had a lot of dirt built up. The dining tables and benches were not kept clean at meal times.

The morning staff fixed our problem

The room was hot, and the evening staff lied when they said the a/c couldn't be fixed. I spoke with someone the next morning, and they told us it absolutely could be fixed. Maintenance was in out room within 30 minutes. Also, the bathroom was dirty.

Toilet was broken and took too long to fix it. No hot breakfast as promised and no microwave in the room.

Great aesthetics, great location (close proximity to downtown), loved that it is so dog friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, courteous (please forgive us, but we didn't know what their pronouns were - he was phenomenal).

My mother said the room smelled like dog, but we were on a dog-free floor (I didn't mind). Also, she had a horrible experience with a follow up call with a woman at the hotel on 5/20/25, who hung up on her abruptly. Not the best customer service.

staff is so kind! They made a mistake on a charge and quickly made a correction without being offended!!!

The continental breakfast was really bad and not worth the money. $40 for parking a night way to much

Secure off-street parking and the evening staff

The "breakfast included" is various breads and bagels, cold cereals, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Also the game room needs some attention.

they are a total rip off i paid the taxes and fees when I booked it the they charge you 80 a night to for incidentals then when u leave they charge you more fees I don't recommend this place oh yea 40 a night to park
