Vending machines, not equipped. No first aid kit!!! Fire extinguishers!!!

I liked how easy it was to book, check in and check out.

The sheets were stained, the floor was stained and the air conditioner/fan/heater system made a lot of noise.

It was close to my house.

When I went there they told me they don't take locals. I was not aware of that and they stuck me on a specific floor for locals. It was dirty, paint missing on walls, drywall patches, dirt on the floors, sheets had spots on them... disgusting.

The mattress should have been replaced 10 years ago. Dirty room and noisy neighbors that seemed to live there long-term.

Locatio, dogsstay free, convenient to fast food

No WORKING ice machines in the entire hotel. Temperatures were very hot, we had to buy ice from Sheetz. No hair dryer in room.

The people were helpful and nice.

I had booked a rm with a couch that had a bed. Wasn't told until I arrived they reserve those for long term stay customers. Also the room heater/air-conditioning was loud and their was no way to adjust vent to keep from coming right at the bed.

We spent 3 nights there and our room was never cleaned/.changed and our towels were never replaced. My husband cut his foot on pieces of glass that was left previously near the ac/heat unit.

Its location was pretty much the only bonus to the hotel.

Staff was outside smoking when I tried to check in. Had to wait 10 minutes for her to finish. Cleanliness of room was not good. Shower was full of hair. Had to clean it in order to use it. It was gross.

A lot of things like the room was clean and cozy. It had a tv and a nice bed good bathroom.

The desk was uneven the chair was a little difficult to sit in

The flooring was substandard vinyl that was curled up in areas and had a layer of dirt that was disgusting The toilet when first flushed was like sewage, brownish.With repeated flushing 6-8 times it became clear. The room had obviously not been used recen

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were stuck there due to a medical issue and they were very nice and compassionate

I loved that I could call and select the same room floor I had before. The staff was friendly and very helpful. More than likely will still book again the next time I have to be in town

No room service or breakfast and I had to bring my linen and trash down by myself

Perfect location and my room was conveniently placed. I actually would love to book again. The car sounds from outside sounded like white noise kind of like the ocean which worked out amazing for my sleeping. Staff were friendly and I felt safe.

I didn¿t like that the vent and light were connected to one switch but other than that the bathroom was great. I wasn¿t able to eat breakfast there since when I came down it went available.

The room that we originally got was not clean. The mattress cover looked like it had blood on it. The mattress itself was badly stained and had crusty food/bits on it. We asked to switch rooms and they gave a room with full bed, I paid extra for a queen.

The staff were very friendly. You can't get better at this price point.

It's a bit run down and the walls are thin. It was funny to me that the hotel clerk emphasized the "no smoking" policy even though the lobby smelled like a smoking lounge.

Floor in the room was filthy!!!! Room was rundown. Linen was threadbare,lots of unpainted spackle and the pillows were travel size.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It¿s super close to a wide variety of stores and is only a 20 minute drive to the mall.

First off, the room number plaque for our room was missing. Then we walk in, the sink counter was dirty. The sheets had stains. The chair in the corner was absolutely DISGUSTING, and I don¿t recommend that anyone sits in it. I could go on and on.
