- Because of construction very limited breakfast menu

- The toilet in our room plugged up and I called the front desk to have someone come to take care of it. The front desk brought up a plunger and I had to do it myself. Also, our plans had changed and we checked out after our first night before checkout time and was told since I paid through a third party, booking.com they couldn’t refund me the second night. I chatted with the AI chat which told me to contact the hotel and I called them again and was told the same thing again. So I ended up paying for 2 nights and only staying one.

It was ok
