the bed smelled like urine and the soap and conditioner were used, less than half full

Remodeling pool area so the slide was down. Basic lower to mid motel/hotel which cost way more than it should. We paid extra because of the pool and slide for the kids which wasn't all up and running.

We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable!

I was surprised that the motel was full on a Sunday/Monday. So the breakfast area was a little crowded, but we had plenty to eat.

Breakfast was not good..mushy eggs and not so cooked potatoes. No meats

Noise from others roaming around hallways late at night. Hot tub did not function correctly. Jets erupting like volcanoes causing splashing.

The pool with a kids pool and water slide was nice for the kids. The breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel was really clean and well priced compared to other options in town.

Nothing really comes to mind.

Good breakfast options and great beds.

It would be nice to have 2 chairs for the table in the room, especially since the room had 2 beds so it would likely be used by 2 or more people.

The only thing that happened that kids didn't like was 1 pop machine didn't work and other one gave you whatever it wanted not what you picked. I found it hilarious my daughter not so much!!

The carpets needed to be replaced and we heard that that is actually going to happen so that's good.

The floor in our room was wood/vinyl and so dirty. I noticed when getting out of the shower and got some water on it, and got a towel on it. Lots of dirt! One of the lamp shades was falling apart. It was a non smoking room, but it smelled like cigarettes.

Pool facilities seemed nice, though we didn?t get to use them due to our schedule. Breakfast was nice.

Pillow case was dirty. Bedspread was dirty. Floor felt wet and grimy. Hotel was very noisy.

Its dated and the carpets are kids dirty but overall it was a decent place for the money.

How do they disconnect your room keys before chexk out time. They came in our room 2x without even announcing who they are. They don't have do not disturb signs and the pool and hot tub are not well maintained as before.

Location near interstate for easy access and near great food options.

There is no elevator. Front desk changed rooms around so we could have ground floor room due to health reasons. The room smelled so musty and like mildew we had to prop the door open and open the window and turned on the bathroom fan to try to air it out.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The room was clean. The water slide was great. The kids wore themselves out going up the stairs to the slide 100 times.

The hotel decor is dated, but if you need a room right off of the freeway just to sleep, it¿s more than adequate.

Location was good. Hotel was pretty dated in terms of fixtures and decor, but everything worked and bathroom had good water pressure. Staff seemed to want to please the guests.

There was some kind of equipment..possibly the ac unit for the breakfast room, making a rumbling noise all night. I could hear it over our ac unit. It was on the ground floor below us.

There was a very musty smell in the room, the carpet was very stained and the wall near the window/AC unit was very obviously water damaged
