I had an excellent experience at the Mövenpick Hotel in Tunisia. The moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and effortless. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and all the amenities you’d expect from a top-class hotel.The breakfast buffet was outstanding — fresh, varied, and full of local and international options. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were, especially the pool and spa areas.What truly stood out was the hospitality — everyone from reception to housekeeping went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.Overall, I highly recommend the Mövenpick for anyone visiting Tunisia, whether for business or vacation. It combines luxury, comfort, and genuine Tunisian warmth perfectly.

The overall experience was really outstanding. We appreciate the friendliness of the staff, and the facility was very well maintained. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh food for all tastes. We can't wait to come back!

The bathtub seemed clean at first, but the pipe is apparently clogged .. so water level started raising while getting a shower.. not great for a 5 stars hotel, but you probably only notice it if you keep water running too long.

The stay was very pleasant — the room offered a beautiful view, the food was delicious, and the service was consistently professional and friendly. The location is also excellent, with easy access to key spots in the area. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers. Will definitely return.

The room was occupied by niece and her husband, married that day so it was a gift from myself, when I visited the hotel I organized a Seaview room made up for the bride and groom, the room was perfect they tell me so thank you. Lots of flowers fruits etc great !!

The location was perfect.The staff were great.I had late check out due personal reasons and many thanks to Siham and Elham from the front desk for their help and assistance.

Some elements of bathroom were showing age. Grout, caulking around shower windows, water stains.

The view, the services, EVERYTHING! The location is in the safest neighborhood in Tunis. Even the people here look very upper class. The food was fantastic, especially their Tunisian restaurant Abou Nawas, it was like I was at a Michelin star restaurant.

They changed some policies without making the changes in bookings.com.So as usual I usually book for a friend or a guest of mine and payment on me as a gift sometimes wedding gift sometimes an event stay. This time they told the guest they booking credit card is not the same as your name therefore you have to pay cash. So. It looks like I scammed my guest. So I send someone to the hotel late at night to pay cash. It's the first time happened to me. I asked why they told me it's a new change in policy . Why didn't you write or change something in booking.com. my booking is clear with my guest name and my name as an account owner and credit card holder. Anyways .last time for me..
