The central location for the Cevennes and Causses. Friendly and helpful staff.

There could be greater choice on the dinner menu. If you're staying for over a week you run out of choices.

What a wonderful hotel with so much character and excellent charming and helpful staff. A peaceful wonderfully located hotel with fabulous huge indoor swimming pool. Excellent restaurant with wonderful menu and unrivalled service. A great experience.

Hotel didn't appear cared for. Scruffy and dirty mat at main entrance. Untidy area for brochures about the region.Cost of room over priced.Dinner- disappointed at no choice for set menue unless paying 59 E.Over priced wine.

Nice grounds

No air con or fan, room very hot.Staff disappointed we weren’t dining there, asked several times if we wanted to book supper.

Beautiful old chateau, very classic. We had one of the cheaper rooms and it was okay, but hot. This is probably a great stay if you take an upgraded room. Wonderful staff, really kind and welcoming.

the property is like a museum. It's huge, well decorated, calm, in the nature. The staff is amazing. The meals are excellent. The fireplace was up for the breakfast, it was very enjoyable.

Excellent staff, very focused, food excellent although the full price needs to be shown in full with tax before you shose your meal.

The bathroom was not safe, the shower is over a small bath which is very smooth and someone could easily slip,no good for someone with a disability.

not much to like about it unless you like brocante style interiors. the help does their very best to make things better.

it is a faulty towers like place. food on new menu not available, wine selected comes from other year, bath room tiles loose, key to room is from little puppet box, shower broken, wobbly dangerous bath tub, white towels finished so other colors, outside pool cold, one beer 7 euros, diner ok but overpriced. we expected a decent chateau but this one lost its glamour.

An incredible comfortable hotel in a large park with beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. The service was outstanding. We stayed a week and it was a perfect vacation.

The heating pipes, although heating was not needed, made irregular noises, so sleeping was almost impossible. Wireless connectivity was not that good.COVID measures were insufficient: no table distance during breakfast, everyone had to touch the same things to get items from the breakfast buffet and no plastics gloves or disinfectant was available.
