Good location; comfortable beds, great tv channel selection; nice staff.

That it had swimming pool.

They did not offer everyone a cookie when they checked in.

Location was close the the freeway, which made it easy to get around. There was also a very cute little bakery within walking distance.

It’s located at an exceptionally popular tourist spot of Salem, with lots of shopping and restaurants located within 5 miles. Indeed my room was very spacious and came with a surprise-that of a spacious jacuzzi-great for tired travelers. I thoroughly appreciated the experience! The staff are very warm and friendly. They accommodated my requests for late check out as well as helped us during our stay by graciously providing extra towels, cutlery, etc.

The property needs some decent hygiene and upgrades such as warm water options provided to guests was horrible! The flasks had a stench of coffee and the warm water was murky in color, which is available for guests to use to make their tea or coffee or other drinks or even drink on its own since some people prefer to sip on warm water instead of cold water. As for the room I was in; it needed all its wall frames to be redone. The tiles were stick-on and they were wilting at the edges thereby making walking on floor difficult without getting your feet irritated by the grime laced peelings of the tile stick-on. The upgrades are very basic and extremely shoddy at best to describe. They’ve not even given the guests sufficient lighting in the bedrooms. My bedroom had bed night light while the bedroom itself had no light switches nor any light options! Such a stingy way to save on electricity!
