The pool had a hot tub, breakfast was great, soft pillows & bed.

The front desk attendant made a rude comment to my daughter but I let it go.

The room was great. It was clean and new and had all the basic amenities. The pool, spa and hot tub were wonderful!

Lovely hotel. The room was terrific - love the high ceilings and molding, separate sitting area, the whole thing. Nice bed.

The rooms were really nice, clean and beds were comfortable.

They didn't clean our room the second day. We needed towels etc. When I contacted front desk they were rude .

Clean room newly renovated

Renovation still in progress throughout the hotel in many room. Smell of fresh paint & clutter near those rooms. Staff did try to keep everyone away from those rooms.

Nicely updated quiet room with exceptional quality bed and linens for a property of this category.

Hello - staff was excellent and very accommodating.

We expected indoor pool and booked this hotel specifically for that purpose but the pool and spa were closed when we arrived with no signage.

Hotel was in a convenient location. Very clean and room was spacious.

The only thing I would complain about is the fact that it was under construction, and no one bothered to put that on the website. There was a huge odor of paint and chemicals, which was a bit nauseating and the noise

The carpets need a shampoo other wise it was clean.Bit outdated.The shower tub was blocked and i had to shutoff the water 3 times during my shower to let the water drain so i can finish my shower.Each time the water level covered my feet.

Clean, quiet, easy to get to.

A quick continental breakfast or coffee would be appreciated.

There was a small barking dog that kept me awake one night and woke me early the next day.

Beds were comfy and there was an extra pillow and blanket in the drawer. We didn?t need them though. Great breakfast. Nice big pool, hot tub and exercise room which were open til midnight. Plus my super sweet 60 lb pit mix was $20/night. We?ll be back!

It would be nice if the pool had 16+ after 10 or 11 for the pool/hot tub area. Also hated hearing fox politics on the tv in the breakfast area.

Everthing was great. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was amazing.

There were blood stains on the sheets and a huge spider above the bed. The night shift worker tried to be helpful but the conditions were extremely concerning. I didn?t stay in the room for more than 1 hour total time.

They have not refunded or followed up with me. I have called 3 times for management.

The AC in the room wasn't the greatest. The door into the room was hard to open

The room was very attractive and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. This hotel is conveniently located just off I-5. You do hear the freeway, but for us it was just white noise. Many restaurant choices nearby.

Convenience of location.

Bare minimum cleaning in room sticky surfaces, bathroom floor hair, folded towels on sink were still from the last guest (dirty on the underside.) Breakfast, but rude signage about only being permitted to use two plates per guest. I felt watched.
