The Gig man it rocked, in reality the hotel was clean well looked after and the staff very accommodating.

Water pressure in the sower could be better

Hearty but mediocre breakfast. Not real eggs used for the scrambled eggs. No fruit nor yoghurt available.

Close to CBD

Our room is next to a heavy door where guests goes through consistently. It would make a loud bang every single time and would wake us up. There was also a seating area outside our room which I thought was great until the other guests made it a smoking area and stayed for a significant amount of time.

Terrible low-quality breakfast, very poor bed, very spartan bathroom, overall, not very good value for money.

Great having the room with the balcony. Great location. Friendly staff

The last 2 times we have stayed, the cleanliness of the bathrooms have gotten worse and worse. Hair, grime in the shower doors and floors, dust build up in corners, very poor effort of the recent cleaners.

Room next to the door where everyone exited, so it would bang when closing. But no other concerns. Im just a light sleeper

The kitchen closed at 6pm on a Sunday night we asked for food at 6.04pm and told it was closed poor customer service

Lovely staff, very helpful and accomdating. A big thank you. Food at the Bistro was delicious with generious portions

The staff were nice.

The hotel rooms are right above the trash cans which stink. There was some type of large rodents or possums in the roof which you could hear loudly crawling, scratching and fighting all evening and night. Aswell as water / or pee stains marks all over the roof. As far as value for money goes I was very very underwhelmed

Its a cosy little hotel right in the middle of town. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly, service was great.

Honestly it was fine. No real issues.

On first inspection the room appeared dull and unwelcoming however the beds and pillows were comfortable, shower was hot, television worked and we had a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. We ordered the full breakfast which included bacon, eggs, sausage, cooked tomato, toast etc.

Decor was mission brown and had the potential to be noisy especially on the weekends. We had to carry our bags up stairs.
