the front desk was amazing, kind and responsive.

The hotel is very run down. Many pool lounge chairs were broken. Outdoor tennis courts cracked, furnishings in hotel worn, chipped, cracked, discolored. Patio furniture worn, fabric tattered. The resort desperately NEEDS A REFRESH.

Super dated. Smells like old fish.avoid. Not worth price . Crazy $40 resort fee on top of it for very dated, old facilities. Not well kept up. Avoid

I liked the surroundings (beautiful resort) and room amenities available.

It would have been nice if the rooms had dressers--a place to put one's belongings.

The location, right on the beach, is relaxing and serene. The pool, sauna, workout facilities were great. My family has glad the hotel was dog friendly.

The hotel has suffered somewhat from a lack of occupancy due to Covid and Canadians not crossing the border. So, I would guess it lacks funding to fully stay ahead of maintenance and upkeep. The restaurant was extremely busy but short staffed.

They did not give me the room I booked which was waterfront side with a balcony for our 50th wedding anniversary. They also didn’t credit us $50 food voucher as compensation.

Location, wine tasting was fantastic.

Facility is old, dated , especially spa area like shower, only 1 restaurant. Room price does not match with this dated facility

Beautiful view. Packers restaurant is excellent. Location is excellent.

Front desk staff was meh. On check in the girl seemed distracted. Wasn't informed of the $40 a night resort fee until check out. Room was ok.. Smelled a bit musky.

There is a shortage of staff. There are not enough people working for the amount of customers. Everything took a long time.

Ocean view, Orca swam by, stores over a fire, great food, pool, hot tub, bikes, pickleball courts all for free. Tons of wildlife.

Not sure about families on the first floor "taking over" the lawn outside their room - lots of camp chairs set up and loud gathering, but it was July 4th. I put my earplugs in when sitting on my deck above their room. But I felt like I was intruding.

Bird poop all over balcony and a birds nest above. They start mowing the lawn at 8-9am for an hour with an outrageously loud lawn mower

The hotel restaurant is under renovation, however, lack of staff coordination and understaffed made dining there stressful.

The views are amazing, the fireplace was so cozy because it was raining.

i loved the ocean view and the modern apartments. We upgraded our room and ended up booking an extra night. the staff were extra helpful in getting us a fair price.

the spa was dated and my experience didn?t feel special. i was looking forward to a pampering experience.

Sauna, steam room, hot tub, and pool

The area is gorgeous, we had a room with a view, the spa treatments etc.

It needs a major renovation, and the smell on the corridors around the winery and restaurant should be eliminated.

Great location, room lacked a few items., took a long time to get hot water, no microwave in room.

We come all the time because I proposed to my wife there so it holds a special place in our hearts... Beach, pool

They were unprepared for having guests this weekend. On the biggest night of the year, New years. No firewood, no french fries, bar was out of numerous things. Security guard was rude with us and other guests over the wood situation. Fire alarms going off

The location is great and the property layout works well.

The pub staff were rude and unwilling to be reasonable when they were at fault. The maintenance person made accusations without having proper information and it was very disruptive to the enjoyment of our stay.
