The extra deep bathtub was sooo nice! The staff were very helpful, genuinely kind and very grateful. We didn't get in until 1:00 in the morning and they still were very attentive. They let us have a late check out at 1:00 the next day. The view as well

Classic heritage design, comfy bed, downtown location.

The high ceilings and beautiful,old, are he'd windows! The room was so spacious.

Location, the restaurant downstairs and room service!

My room wasn't cleaned the first 2 days! I had to call to have them come, and they started cleaning it when I went to the desk and told them to take note! I don't like paying $17 a day plus taxes for parking either.

The fact that it was small and had a friendly, attentive staff. Loved the character of the the building and also the convenience of the location.

Was pricey.

On the walk to our room we could smell heavy cigarette smoke near the housekeeping area. Unsure if there are smoking rooms on that floor or is break room but it was very noticeable and undesirable to pass through

Front desk and valet were exceptional. The room was comfortable and very clean. I love it and would most certainly stay again!!!

The staff was super friendly and the location was amazing!

I liked the location and the customer service from all of he staff.

The picture shown when reserving was the total opposite. Rooms were extremely small, no fridge, microwave. It wasn't at all accommodating for the expensive price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay. Comfy bed, clean room, and quiet! I'm a light sleeper and I didn't hear any noises. Definitely will stay again. And the toiletries smell fantastic, and I was able to use "hotel" hair products on my hair.

I am still talking with colleagues about the wonderful experience staying at the Davenport Lusso. The drive was brutal and I arrived much later than expected. The staff was warm, welcoming and did everything they could to help me relax. I will return!

One block from concert venue. Just blocks from Interstate. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, movie theater, shops, etc. Ale house next door had a good selection of craft beers. Food was good, reasonably priced. Staff was friendly, helpful.

They finally added a coffee maker to each room instead of going to lobby.

I have always known there is a parking fee at the Davenport Hotels. I wish I would have known somehow when I picked a 3 1/2 star, but didn't know which Hotel till I commit to buy. Valet parking ended up costing around $24 per night extra after taxes.

Room 446 was the worst I have ever stayed in. The floor was so crooked/slanted that a marble would roll. The tile in the bathroom was cracked/broken. The bed was broken and provided no support. No room service. Davenport shouldn't put its name on Lusso!

Convenient location to evrnts, shopping, restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff.

Liked everything. Nothing to dislike.

Service was very uneven, room not cleaned until 4pm one day. Housekeeping never cleaned or replaced used drinking glasses for 3 days.

The booking amount and amount the hotel required were completely wrong
