The Westin Dallas Park Central

I like the hotel itself . . . I also love the area and it’s not far from downtown and many more places I go!

The room I had this time which is 1647 wasn’t a good one . The water barely wanted to come on , I didn’t have enough towels and the thermostat would barely work . Took forever for the room to get cool or warm! I’ve stayed here multiple times and this particular room wasn’t up to par like any other room I’ve had .

The staff was very polite and courteous. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The hotel was nice except for my toilet being stopped up and constantly making a draining noise after flushing. Also, the ceiling in the restroom was peeling

The service was excellent and the hotel is the best in the area

Good price and a very good hotel, it seems old because there is no exhaust in the bathroom but other than that it is very good.

Nice size room, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel charges $40 for parking, which is rather high. Wifi is $15 (unless the guest is a member of the Bonvoy program. Free wifi has become a worldwide standard in hotels and I would expect a hotel of this class to provide guests with free wifi.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary essential oils by the bed was nice.

There was human pubic hair all over the bathroom. The room smelled and the fire alarm went off at 1:45 am for a false alarm.

the hotel was beautiful and when you walked in it was clean and smelt really good, it was cool and fresh and staff was amazing!!

my personal room smelt like old people, probably prior guest and because the whole hotel, lobby and etc. smelt really good, I expected the same in my room, I also did NOT like that I had to pay for parking especially because I'm not use to that where I'm from, it would have been nice to know that before hand.
