- There was really nothing that I liked about this hotel.
- The service
- The people at this hotel were absolutely amazing! I did not meet one person that was rude or unkind. I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Cincinnati just because of the wonderful professional and kind staff.
Cons -
- The rooms were old and outdated. The beds felt lumpy and shower towels were super rough. It was also very noisy. You could hear everyone in the hallways and doors. Slamming

- My husband and I had to go around the block and so did my brother and his wife when trying to find the hotel. It would be nice if the hotel had more signs around it stating that it was the Westin.

There was really nothing that I liked about this hotel.

The people at this hotel were absolutely amazing! I did not meet one person that was rude or unkind. I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Cincinnati just because of the wonderful professional and kind staff.
