There was really nothing that I liked about this hotel.
The rooms were old and outdated. The beds felt lumpy and shower towels were super rough. It was also very noisy. You could hear everyone in the hallways and doors. Slamming
The people at this hotel were absolutely amazing! I did not meet one person that was rude or unkind. I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Cincinnati just because of the wonderful professional and kind staff.
My husband and I had to go around the block and so did my brother and his wife when trying to find the hotel. It would be nice if the hotel had more signs around it stating that it was the Westin.

No hand soap in the bathroom. We were told they don’t offer it, when we asked for it.

The water was not hot, bathroom was terrible and dirty shower with very bad water pressure and Half of the shower-head didn?t work. I have better water pressure at the local gym.
Nice Fountain View (15th floor) and watched Ice Rink with New Years Eve fireworks. Great Locations.

This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel but I have no idea how it has that rating. In 2024 a 4 star hotel without WiFi or a pool is insane. There were basically no amenities. There was a large body sized dent and stain on one wall. Ac barely worked.

Clean and had lots of room
The parking lot was full, we couldn't find the pay garage. Had to carry luggage too far. It was terrible. Pay garage were out of tickets. Hotel too pricey, I am well traveled and this is too expensive
The location was good
There was a lot of things, too many to name all. 1) no hot water; water was warm. 2) water drainage is horrible. 3) for the amount of money, no free/ complimentary breakfast. 4) no microwave in room and mini fridge didn't. Wouldn't recommend hotel.
Mostly peace and quite, wonderful views, friendly staff. love how they have a bar and restaurant.

The hotel was located in the perfect location.
For the price of the room the cleanliness was not up to par. The tub drain had hair in it and the bathroom sink had a dirt ring throughout the sink.

Arrived just before check in time. Check in is at 4pm. They had no rooms with double beds which is what I had purchased . Almost a hour wait and had to take a room with one king bed. Finally got a room at 4:30pm after me asking
The location is amazing! We were in the middle of everything and loved it. The hotel itself is lovely and well decorated/clean.
Our room was just above average. The hotel could use another remodel with emphasis put on decorating the rooms and maintenance. There were lots of little areas that had quite a bit of noticeable wear and tear - specifically in the bathroom.
