Mayflower Park Hotel

The location in the center of downtown was excellent. It was easy to catch the bus, monorail, and the light rail or walk to numerous places. Housekeeping team did an excellent job cleaning and restocking the room every day with coffee, water, towels!

The bed was not comfortable and a bit small for two adults. Need king size beds.

The place smelled old, the furniture was old and the tv was just cable with no streaming capabilities.

The room I reserved was not available, the tubs did not drain well leaving me standing in water, the air conditioning went out day two. We called the front desk to ask for a fan and after an hour of waiting we had to call again.

The beds were wonderful and the room quiet.

Location- situated in Downtown it was very easy to travel to.

The rooms could be updated. The lobby was beautiful.

Spacious, well appointed room with 2 free bottled water in frig, robes, comfortable bedding. Great location, quiet for downtown. Lovely lobby and Happy Hour at Oliver's.

Toilet was very low to ground, small bathroom with step over tub to get showered. Upgraded, higher toilet would make up for the small bath.

It was in a good central location

Could have used a little maintenance on some things and the room could’ve been a little cleaner behind the bed and the end tables

We had a large room---don't remember the name the hotel uses, but not their smallest. It was very well priced for so much space. The hotel is a bit "tired" but has a great historical feel. I hope the new owners will upgrade without losing the charm. We had drinks in Olivers---excellent. The charcuterie board was great.

I had high hopes for this hotel with the grand lobby, music, and old fashioned vibe, but didnt quite meet expectations. The location to Pikes and public transportation is excellent. Desk had enough room to work at. Temperature controls were accessible. Bed was very comfortable. USB and regular outlets by the bed. Nice big mirrors, chair, and small refrigerator. The entrance and lobby were nice. arrived early and they gave me a room.

The bathroom felt old- Wallpaper was dirty, hair (not mine) in the shower. Water was either cold or really hot. Lack of counter space. Tile on the floor and around the bottom of the walls was dusty and dirty. Lighting somewhat dim in the room as there were only lamps. I think there are only stairs into the hotel and no one at the door to assist with luggage.

I was on a business trip, so I spent most of my time outside. I ordered a delicious soup and salad in my room and it was super quick and delivered with care. Bed sheets were changed even when not solicited. I absolutely love that they provided Starbucks sachets and a drip coffee machine, so I could leave the room with a fresh-brewed coffee (I don't like Nespresso and similar espresso machines).

The iron in my room was a bit dirty when I was ironing my white shirt, and fortunately left just an unnoticeable dark cast. Other than that, really good room for the price.

No room service after 9:30 pm, and most surrounding restaurants are closed by that time

This is a beautiful Hotel with high ceilings and loads of charm. I had a corner suite with a view down 4th Street it was amazing. The staff on the reception desk always greeted you when you entered the building, especially Savannah always a smile and wave to welcome you back in the evening.

There isn't anything I didn't like about The Mayflower. The food choice in Oliver's could have had more choice, but it was more than adequate.

I’ve always stayed at the Mayflower. I will never stay at the Mayflower again. I stayed there at the end of December there was a mixup on what was charged. They overcharged me and I have called every three days to try to get things resolved. Nothing today has been resolved. Nobody will call me back. Richard Levine is the most inept employee ever. The accounting department sends me an email nothing that states it’s from the Mayflower just a blank email from an Alexandra. I thought it was spam, asking me where what address I want my check sent to. what are we back in the 1980s you can’t just credit my credit card for which is owed to me?

Location was excellent. Right near the train station and the monorail - literally outside the door. Restaurant was lovely and had much character. Many other points of interest nearby.

Our room was tired and dark, however was clean and ok. Whilst most hotels take a bond, they took one for each night of stay?? Of course, this can take some administration time to return back on a card if you are a traveller on a budget.
