I really liked the staff in the atrium to help us get where we needed to go. The room and facilities were very clean.
My family has food allergies and it was difficult to find food. We have a peanut allergy and Celiac autoimmune. I think it would be helpful to have a breakfast on the go with basic items so parents with young children can eat quickly. The buffet was delicious but by the time we realized that was a place we could eat, it took a while to get food. The chef was excellent and prepared food for myself and my son in a separate area of the kitchen so there was not cross contact with allergens. We were thankful for that! It would be nice if there were more affordable options regarding food. 5 dollars for a Gatorade is a bit much!

Most everything. Very nice hotel.
A little pricey but it is a big hotel and they have a lot of overhead.

Beautiful hotel (Rooms are worth the price) well maintained. Valet service went above and beyond when we forgot something in the car.
I know its a tourist spot but I feel some of the prices at the resturants in the hotel are way overpriced. $10 for a bottle of beer. The service at Fuse was horrible. They forgot the grilled chicken for my wife's salad. As we were waiting for an extended period of time we could see our waiter just looking at his cell phone. Took 20 min to get the chicken. By then we were finished with our meal. Jack Daniels bar doesn't even serve Coke.

It is an absolutely beautiful hotel with so much to see and do . The Christmas decorations are beyond fantastic.
The hotel room was $1600 for two nights and there was no parking, no breakfast and no exhaust fan in the bathroom…
