Featuring a glass atrium and surrounded by 9 acres of indoor gardens, winding rivers and waterfalls, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center offers accommodations less than 1.2 mi from the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. This resort features 15 restaurants, 4 bars and multiple retails stores. It features rooms furnished with an compact refrigerator and interior balconies. A flat-screen cable TV and coffee maker are standard in every room. All rooms are warmly decorated with wood furniture and include a safety deposit box and work desk. Some rooms offer a balcony with seating areas and views the interior landscape. International cuisine is represented through the various restaurants at Opryland Gaylord resort, including Revello’s southern Italian and Solario’s Mexican dishes. Hotel employee that assisted me during check in provided above and beyond, great customer service. I was traveling alone, so he changed my room to a higher level and away from the exit door. I was grateful for his kindness and professionalism.
It's so open and bright! There must be a team of gardeners that take care of extensive, beautiful gardens. The breakfast lines can get long and expensive ($36 breakfast buffet!), though.
Clean and no need to leave the hotel as everything needed is in the building

Cons -

The value for cost was not there. We paid over $---/night (including parking at $37/day) and didn't even get room cleaning on Mother's Day. no live person to contact, only a voice mail box with no reply nor acknowledgement.
Everything was great! My feet didn't like how big it was. I will pack better shoes next time :)
Terrible in room coffee. They closed the whirlpool. 90% of our decision to stay at this hotel was made on the fact that there was an outdoor whirlpool
