Rooms were nice.

The bar & restaurant service was not good. We waited for over 15 minutes at The Saloon before leaving because no one came to serve us. We then went next door to The Steakhouse & were told they were booked up all night at 5:30PM? Limited Staffing.

The location and the unique Also breakfast is decoration. Very clean. Breakfast is very good with good price.

The room is a bit small. Did not give us a cot as requested.

The hotel itself, the room and amenities were amazing. The restaurant was disappointing.

The restaurant food quality was disappointing for both dinner and breakfast.

The rooms were small bed was uncomfortable not much room for clothes.

Is CUTE! , is not luxurious, is rustic but really comfortable. Beds are nice and the tiny bathroom is really cute. The location can't be better, just few steps from the canyon. The park has everything you need including supermarket and STARBUCKS!

The coffee canisters were empty every morning when notifying the front desk they said they would get on it. But nothing. The restaurant was open to purchase coffees

Very friendly staff and attentiveness to minor issues that occurred. Which made for a very pleasant stay.

Clean, comfy & lication

Staffs were all great, room was clean, steaks with vegetables were delicious, nice manager to welcome us, check-in/check out staffs were so nice, friendly and yummy cookies, thanks for the hospitality.

We had two reservations and were placed in their newer remodeled rooms. They were very comfortable and obviously very clean. My wife and mom really liked the smell of the hand soap and body lotion. They also liked the feel and color scheme of the entire room. The staff that checked us in get a 10, and It was nice that they had a coffee station near the reception desk. Lastly, the location is great, minutes from the Grand Canyon. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

We go here every year on a random Fall weekend. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a great breakfast. (Somehow we've never been there for dinner time to review that.) Its only a couple of miles from the park entrance, and definitely the best lodging option for people planning to go to the Grand Canyon.

It would be nice if there was a way to see what the different room views are like while booking.

The hotel flooded and we were unable to stay the night. They put us in the one across the street and it is definitely not worth the price. Staff was friendly at the hotel and suites across the street.

Disappointing

The renovation during our stay, should have been informed prior to booking. Then there was a flood and had to be moved to a different hotel and that was a fiasco

The location was the closest "town" if not staying the park itself - so location was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really great and tried very hard to make things comfortable - they were very attentive. This a good place to stay if not staying in the park.

The area is utilitarian and has nothing to offer for food or entertainment - except the basic chains. However, there is not where else to go, and this is a nice place for what is available. The breakfast was expansive, and the wait staff was great, but the food was not the highest quality. Definitely did not like all of the animal heads in the lobby.

This property is gorgeous! Everything is very clean and the rooms were perfect.

The smell of the toxic cleaning sprays they use! I wish they would use natural cleaning supplies! It’s not good for their housekeepers.

we had a two queen bed deluxe room on the 2nd floor.we were there to tour the Grand Canyon with Canyon Ministries! we wanted to hear the scriptural truth about the formation of the Canyon!

an earlier check-in time would have been nice. we weren’t going to pay for that since we were going to be less than 24 hours at the hotel anyway.

Close to Grand Canyon and comfortable.

Bathroom was not clean and smelled damp. There was also noisy construction with no advance warning. The restaurant had very limited food.
