- The room was clean and water was hot the staff was really nice and answered all my questions and was patient with me when I was not in a good mood

- This place has a cockroach infestation, which is why we couldn't stay at the hotel.Upon arrival, we immediately saw cockroaches and cockroach eggs on the floor, in the bathroom, on the bed, and on the nightstand. There were so many that they started crawling on my luggage. I don't even want to imagine how these pests behave at night when they are most active. They have a serious public health problem. Reading reviews on this platform, I found complaints about cockroaches dating back more than a year before my stay.They said they would issue a refund, which you could easily do, but you're making the process longer so that it has to be done through the Booking.com app. Due to the number of cockroaches that were even moving on the floor and almost climbed onto my baby's leg, we weren't there for more than 15 minutes; they flatly refused to issue a refund.
