Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of location, the friendly front desk staff and housekeeping staff. The parking garage was very convenient. The room was clean and a great size. We enjoyed being able to get to downtown so easily.
The bathroom in our room made a constant noise coming from the bathtub faucet. Couldn't figure out what it was.

The location of the hotel was great. We were close to the attractions that we wanted to visit. The TV had a option on it to use it as a speaker and that was fantastic. The value of the room was great.
The room had no place to hang my long outfits. The bathroom did not have a vent or a hook to hang my robe. There was only one working elevator.

Hotel was absolutely wonderful. View out of our windows was spectacular! Also, breakfast was delicious and waitress was very personable! We had an amazing stay!
No bedding for sofa pullout bed in suite.

I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have a microwave it was one microwave for all of the guest that were there. The breakfast was too expensive. 50 dollars for two ppl is crazy need to be a little reasonable.

Nice, clean property with spacious rooms. Front desk receptionists were welcoming, courteous and attentive. The representative was kind enough to provide an upgraded king bed for me as a solo guest. Thank You! The DCA airport shuttle service sealed the booking for me, especially since there are not a lot of restaurant offerings within a short walking distance of the hotel. I would happily return to the Sheraton Pentagon City for my future lodging needs.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious room. It’s right off the highway, so it was easy to get to. Friday night snacks and brownies for guests.
