The rooms were clean and staff are very friendly.

You really need to invest on getting new pillows. There were extremely soft and flat. There was a rip in the sofa chair.

In downtown core. Minutes from all the shops. Very safe location.

Hotel WiFi was not provided as promised and interfered with my cellular, causing me to be charged for an Uber ride that never came because of the interference. I had to leave the hotel in order to call. Staff who could not help me.

My refrigerator in our original room did not work correctly. The upgraded me to the next level room for free.

Arrived early from our cruise and they accommodated us early.

IT WAS CLEAN, NICELY DECORATED AND THE BED WAS SOFT! WE HAD AN AWESOME VIEW OF THE SUNRISE IN THE CITY!

This hotel does not work, the room heater is cold and they only brought a small electric heater to pay more than --- dollars a night

The location to downtown events is great.

Valet parking is $60/night - park at US Bank for $22/night. The duvet had lumps all through it like the stuffing clumped up in the wash. At 11 pm there was only one elevator available for the Union tower and we waited for 20 minutes to get up to our room.

Vallet was pretty steep. $60 a day. I do not relent seeing anything it before booking.

The pool was unavailable and when I requested a refund for my 2nd night stay to go somewhere else, they would only give me reward points, not my actual money back.

The best location for a first time vacationer to Seattle on a 4 night stay. The hotel was well staffed who were cheerful and helpful. The hotel was elegant but simple, busy yet peaceful. Room was large, clean, and quiet.

No affordable parking or air vent in bathrooms.

Modern, clean, convenient

No kids robes. No slippers. No hot tub, vomit in the planter at the pool, casually covered with a rag, as opposed to properly cleaned up.

Clean, beds were very comfortable, all encounters with staff and valet were nice.

The room was spacious, nicely renovated and clean.

The safe box did not work, but I did not call for maintenance.
