Front staff very welcoming and accomodating.
There was dried "something" on the bed frame of one of the beds in room 1664. Rather gross that it hasn't been cleaned off yet.

The location is super close to the train, and I feel safe in the area. Plus the added security if needing a room key to go up in the elevator. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. We have stayed here numerous times and always come back.
The valet price of $78 a night is INSANE. I went to Portland recently and only paid $45 a night for a very nice hotel. The last time I was here it was I think $60 or $65 and that wasn’t super long ago. I googled average price of valet parking in Seattle and it’s $50-$60. There also appeared to be mold in the caulking in the tub.

The location is perfect for so many things. Everything is close by for walking or just hop on the light rail, like we did for the Mariners game. The food and cocktails we had at the wine bar were also fabulous
The full size beds. While they were really comfortable, full size for two people is kind of laughable for such a great hotel

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bedroom was clean and pleasant overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby, elevators, and hallways were clean and pleasant, if noisy. The location is great for walking to downtown venues and the waterfront and just a short walk from the light rail link to the airport, with multiple nearby bus lines to Capital Hill and other neighborhoods. Would consider staying there again, especially if traveling with a friend/partner, despite some minor disappointments (see below).
While the bedroom was clean, there were 4 pubic hairs in the shower when we arrived, which was unpleasant. Two of the towels were also quite threadbare--not a big deal, but not when you expect when paying for a decent hotel. Also, there was a strong bleach smell in the room at first, which suggested cleanliness, but once that faded there was a faint odor of cat urine in the room throughout our 4-day stay, and because the windows don't open, there was no way to bring in fresh air.The room (10th floor) was surprisingly noisy all night long, with sound traveling up from the street outside--even with the sealed windows. And we were disappointed, in a room with 2 beds and 2 guests, to find only one plastic cup and one water bottle in the room--no glasses, and not even a plastic cup for the second guest. I'd expect more (at a bare minimum, two glasses made of actual glass) in a hotel of this caliber.

This hotel is incredible!! Centrally located and you can walk everywhere in Seattle. The restaurants in the hotel are outstanding and the service all around is the best. This is my favorite hotel in the city.
Nothing stands out. Place is amazing.

Proximity to various locations including restaurants, and other tourist attractions. Also enjoyed credits for certain designated restaurants and Uber.
Would like to have had a gift shop to purchase items needed.

The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, and conveniently located for the conference centres. The gym and pool have good hours of operation.
Staff couldn't recommend any nearby restaurants or answer basic questions about the neighbourhood. They offered to Google things, but I was hoping for personal knowledge. One staff member said she wasn't familiar with the area (downtown). Basic comfort items for a hotel of this price point were missing: no bath robes to travel to and from the pool, which is in a different tower; no amenities kit in the bathroom; WiFi was pay-to-use (refunded for some room types).

An excellent hotel with an unbeatable location – most major attractions are within walking distance, which is crucial for a city like this. We arrived two hours before check-in, and they accommodated us without hesitation, even providing parking right away. The view from our room was stunning; we stayed on the 32nd floor with access to the lounge area. The amenities matched the hotel description perfectly: breakfast, dinner, coffee, and drinks were all top-notch. This hotel deserves a solid 10/10, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.
