Location, close to airport. All the close in proximity eateries, the staff, shuttle drivers, breakfast and the ladies that cooked the breakfast. Amenities of the hotel, laundry, fitness room, and pool. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Over all great experience ??

The location is good. The hotel is fine for an overnight stay, but not for more than that.
I did not have a good experience with the “free shuttle transportation.” I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised “free shuttle transportation,” but when I called upon arrival, the hotel said they would send me a Lyft link instead.This was extremely disappointing, especially because Orlando Airport is extremely busy. Most of the Lyft drivers left without picking me up. I could see the driver’s location through the tracking link, but I couldn’t find them anywhere near where I was waiting. They left, saying they couldn’t wait for me.It was very frustrating—after a 9-hour international flight—to have to call the hotel three separate times to request another driver. In total, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before finally getting picked up. Unbelievable.

Location, clean , welcoming staff
The Ac was poor, the room got humid and muggy, no exhaust in bathroom the whole room felt moist and unpleasant, breakfast was very basic expected for the price you pay perhaps.
