The location was excellent for restaurants and shopping.
The restaurant was understaffed with a limited menu but the staff did the best they could to accommodate you. Excellent bar service.

The rooms, the ability to spread out in a suite, easy parking, restaurant on site
Housekeeping missed a few things. There was old food in the fridge and hand soap was not replaced. Additionally there were breakfast dishes from the previous tenant's room service outside the door.

Convenient location, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.
The age is showing externally a bit, general wear and tear on the lobby entrance and the elevators. The doors aren’t sounds proof and mine was misaligned so I had to use a pretty good amount of force to get it opened/closed.

Great rooms, lobby, and restaurant/bar
Elevators seemed to have a mind of their own. Went down or up opposite of where you were going. Some elevators do not go to the parking garage so you have to transfer and wait.

Great location, friendly staff
Indoor pool not open, less than standard continental breakfast that is not complimentary but is a $10 charge and definitely not worth it.

The location is good and close to many restaurants and a short walk to transit. The bus system in KC is free!!
The one thing to look out for is the breakfast situation. Booking.com says you have free breakfast but not other specific details on the app. When you go down to the restaurant the server seats you and gives you a menu, brings you water and OJ and says there’s a buffet- you choice what you want. Some hiltons I have stayed at have Omlets included in the buffet for free. I ate the buffet 2 days and ordered off the menu 1x. When I went to check out I was very surprised to see I was charged from the restaurant - when I questioned this, the manager said it’s only the buffet that’s included - there is no signage to say this at the restaurant or the card in the room to pre-order would require you to pay for it. Maybe a clear sign at the restaurant on on the check-in sheet would be helpful. As there’s a miss communication from booking staff and the kitchen.

The location is ideal.
There was a foul smell in the lobby and pool area. Staff was pretty unfriendly and unaccommodating.
