Room very clean and comfortable, location and value

Everything was ok

Good location but not worth the cost.

Paying extra for parking.Towels were not absorbing.No refrigerator or microwave.The hair dryer didn’t work.

The price of parking! You shouldn't have to pay to park where you sleep

Housekeeping cleaned the rooms fantastic. The front desk was very friendly.

Dirty old carpet in the hallway. Doors had problems. Its an older building that needs some major repairs. Pillows were 2" thick.

Good location. We were able to walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Its location is great. It's within walking distance if downtown and the alamodome

The hotel is very rundown. It didn't feel secure as the were several doors from the garage (that's open to the public) that did not close or where broken. The hotel wasn't very clean and hasn't had maintenance done in years. Staff isn't friendly. Any request you had to go to front desk and hunt down staff or get it yourself. To have the room clean you have to request it through a qr code and even then they didn't show up. Room was very worn down with water damage, broken bathtub. A window that didn't close shut.

Lukewarm hot water in the shower, $ 15.00 to park in on site garage $25.00 early check in fee ( 45 minutes)

No clean room at least you tell to clean

Rooms were well but difficult to sleep when you can hear everything happening in the next room and outside the room

Noise cancelation

The location is excellent. Walking distant to everything Riverwalk and easy access to highway if going elsewhere. Parking is easy. The staff is very friendly. There are a few things I had issues with - but overall, they were minor and so it didn’t ruin the trip and no reason to raise a fuss.

Our shower head didn’t work properly - water just poured out on one side of it as if the part with the spray holes wasn’t attached all the way or something. If you pressed the spray hole part into the shower head while showering it worked, but who wants to take a shower while having to continuously hold the shower head together? The trash can in the room part needed a serious cleaning - there was gunk all over the bottom of the inside of the can. We only had one washcloth - at least two wash cloths would be ideal. One of the elevators (the one closest to the parking garage) was out of order - but you have more elevators you can use. The elevators could use a good cleaning - looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned for quite sometime.
