Pros +
- Everything!!!! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!! It was so hard to leave!!! I love the theme, the rooms are ADORABLE and SUPER clean!!! The lobby is spectacular!!! I LOVE the amount of lifeguards there are!! Even at each entrance!!
- The activities for kids
- The room was able to accommodate my family of 6, the water park was nice, the room was basically clean. We only wished there was a curtain for the changing area next to the bathroom. Overall, my family had a great stay.
Cons -
- Not at all!! Other than I wish they could open a location in North Carolina, haha!!!
- TV didnt work and staff had no interest in fixing when brought to there attention. Stayed 2 days and no maid service after 1st day. Would not allow me to sit with my daughter in the breakfast area without paying.
- A curtain was needed in the changing area to help more people change with privacy. Also, complimentary coffee in the room or lounge would have been nice.
