The location was good. The room was clean

Room was poorly stocked. Only bath and hand towels for a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. No wash clothes. Asked fir some all 3 days and was told they didn't have any that where laundered

Comfortable bed, nice and clean room, good location. Breakfast was good

I wasn’t happy that there was NO washcloths and only 2 towels. I also think a person shouldn’t have to pay to park your car when you are already paying to stay there

We enjoyed our stay the face that the hotel is right near the river walk, almost and market was great' staff was very friendly

they did not had a parking place for my truck apparently it was too wide to put in the garage they did not mention any restrictions about this when I was doing my reservation. they need have a few parking spots outside for larger vehicles or at least give a heads up about this. I had to pay $60 for parking every 12 hrs I was there for 3 night 7/24 - 7 /28 sunday morning when I woke up my truck was gone it had been towed from the crockett parking across the street costing me $235 this place is a nightmare if you drive a disel pickup truck .

This hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to the Riverwalk. It was safe and clean and comfortable.

Location is good. The room was clean.

The check in staff was incredibley rude, and unhelpful. There were no luggage carts available. We did not feel welcomed. The staff did not have any knowledge about anything. The pool capacity for a HUGE hotel was 20 people.

We didn't stay becauseI got a bad first impression. I like the location, price, and it seemed like a nice hotel.

I went to check in after driving for 5 hours, we were there an hour early. I didn't know we were an hour early. The front desk agent spoke to me like I was an idiot and was very rude. My whole family was exhausted. She didn't offer any apologies or invited us to park and hang out in the lobby. She just very bluntly said well your room isn't ready yet. I work in a hotel and would of apologized and offered that at least. She then rolled her eyes at me and made a face to her fellow agent as I was walking out, I saw her reflection in the door. I didn't go back and went to the marriott instead.

The rooms are very spacious and has everything u need. It was close to a lot of places that u could walk to and as well a short drive to other places

The room did have a smell of like food that was either cooked in it or make the garbage disposal drain smell. Mentioned it to house keeping and they took care of it with some freshener. Bed could be a bit more comfy.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like home. My family and I were in town for our daughter’s Graduation at Lackland Airforce Base. Any questions about San Antonio they were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and the check in process for early check in was easy going considering we had very early mornings for both the ceremony and graduation days. Definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a five minute walk to the River walk with multiple restaurants and etc.
