The hotel itself was great, valet was great, front desk seemed annoyed Property was nice and food was priced well and tasted great. The Westin is always my first choice

This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are large and the stag al can’t do enough for you. Great place to pick up and return your hire car from. Lots of local places to eat.

Perfect location for the event we attended. Lobby was very nice. Staff was very nice, well presented and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean.
The parking situation was less than desirable! Very congested upon arrival for check in. The parking lot, which was expensive, was 2 blocks away from the hotel!

The executive suite was spacious and well thought out. Valet service was awesome. The restaurant was pricey but had good food and service. All our requests were taken care of immediately.
Reserved room for 4 people but it was set up for only 2, 2 cups, 2 pillows, 2 waters etc. Had to ask for bedding for pull out bed. Lighting in half bath very poor for putting on makeup. Check in girl failed to let us know the executive suites were located in a separate building and we wandered around the main building with luggage in tow looking for a room that was located elsewhere.

Room was comfortable, large and clean.
The restaurant was not fantastic food, the staff their very familiar serving you chewing on food, food was not what we expected from the Westin.

Great location. Clean room. Allowed early check in.
$40 DAILY parking in a completed unsecured lot. $12 wifi is insane, never stayed anywhere that you had to pay for internet. Signed up to be a member to get free internet and was never able to access it.
