- Staff was rude overall multiple times
- There was clothing left in the closet - looked like it could have been flannel pajamas. Cleaning crew obviously di not look up on the wire shelf.
- Room had a bad smell, they are doing lots of renovations, but the room had a lingering odor when you entered the room, sure it is the carpet that is holding in smells, the room was clean and met our needs.
