2nd night, kids running up and down hallway outside door

Breakfast was great.

I didn't like the fact that there's NO microwaves on n room.

I liked how the pool was opened.

I did not like how when I went to check in the front desk lady was rude and did not want to do her job. She couldn’t find my reservation with the conformation so I had her my name and when I did she said she still could not find it so it’s nothing she can do I need to call booking.com well I had to sit for a whole 45 minutes in the parking lot until I got some from booking and she tell me she reached it to the property and the lady at the front desk was able to find my name it was just put backwards on the system with in second she was able to find it but did not want to help me in t w first place. Also when we got checked in our cards would not work to the pool for both days we stayed also front desk was just rude. She did not want to help with anything once she couldn’t get the pool opened either then we had to wait for maintenance to come. Also front desk did not want to explain how we could pay for breakfast all she stated was you didn’t buy it with the room but again did not explain how I could purchase breakfast. I did not like how the doors to enter the building were unlock the whole night. Literally did not have to scan a card to get in just was able to walk right in with no problem.

-The lady that checked me in almost seemed like she had a slight attitude very passive aggressive if I had to put a word to it-My Neice got stuck on the elevator and when the staff was told they seemed to have an attitude when we asked how long it would take to send someone to get her out. -when we pulled out the day bed it has crumbs in the mattress still -We had to go downstairs to get our own sheets for the pull out day bed they gave us a pillow with what looked like dried up blood on the end of the pillow.
