- Overall it was very nice, comfortable, with friendly staff and good food.
- Room was by the beach
- Food was good, staff was amazing and activities on the resort was good.
Cons -
- Their "VIP Services" team pushing the Unlimited Vacation Club was a little too prevalent throughout the resort. Also, they advertise "top-shelf spirits and beverages," which is absolutely not true. They are standard at best.
- The staff there pretend to be your friend and try to sell more trips and upsell at every opportunity. We already paid for the all inclusive experience and they want to squeeze more money out of us at every chance they get. It is exhausting.
- The bugs inside the buildings with rooms and the food was not up to standard

Overall it was very nice, comfortable, with friendly staff and good food.

Food was good, staff was amazing and activities on the resort was good.
Very outdated, rust in bathroom, towels were stained. Check in process was extremely slow.
