Absolutely loved the opportunity to have.a balcony view of Riverwalk. Amazing location to explore the area. Magda and John were both hardworking and friendly servers that made our dining even more special.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, very friendly staff. Restaurants were great.
Poor design of the glass shower door. Water leaked all over the floor every time we used it. The A/C unit worked fine, but airflow is an issue - one side of our room was warm, the other freezing.

Wonderful location. Lovely, stylish, historic feeling hotel. Absolutely beautiful room, with a small balcony overlooking the river walk. Highly recommend!

Excellent location
It seemed like the air conditioner couldn’t quite keep up, but it was almost 100°. We got a bit warm at night.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Fazia, who talked with us several times, and told us lots of interesting things about the hotel. We have one suggestion which is to add a vegetarian entree to the dinner menu.
