Great location. Stanley Korshak’s store, great restaurants and close to many venues We went to a Christmas party at The Network. The hotel car took us and picked us up which was so nice!

Room was well appointed, comfortable, and the bathroom outstanding. Great location. Coffee and good food within walking distance or on the hotel grounds. Health club - although smaller by recent standards - was outstanding and well maintained.
The guest fl. halls were very noisy! You could hear conversations outside late into the night. Even at a moderate level. The opening and shutting of neighboring guest room doors thundered through my room. Very disappointing. Would not return. Unfortunate

Beautiful lobby and amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable.
we would not order room service again, unless it came from Nobu. The breakfast we ordered and the other dinner items we ordered were all fairly warm and disappointing.

Great location in Central Dallas. Close proximity to Katie Trail and shopping. Downstairs lobby bar is excellent.
Coffee and tea service in the room was not stocked.

Staff was super hospitable and helpful ! Very good location. Clean room.
Felt a little dated in the room. I think it needs a little remodel. A place can have a sophisticated feel , but still have all the modern tech etc …

Hotel was very pleasant, room was very clean, pool was excellent
Staff was not very friendly, if of color be mindful that the staff will treat you very weird.2 days in a row my boyfriend came into lobby and said hello to all 3 front desk receptionist and nobody said anything back BUT the black receptionist. When I asked for a microwave the one receptionist lady who was not of color could not even look me in my eyes for whatever reason. Other wise than the weird energy from those people , it was a great experience

Central location. I didn’t have to ever walk more than half a mile. Plenty of great restaurants adjacent to the hotel and nearby as well.
