The location and gym were awesome! The staff were so friendly and nice to our dog.

Hotel Crescent is normally a great experience. This trip was terrible, and we¿ll likely never return. The night staff lacked the skills to find a solution when the property was oversold. We were left stranded on a busy weekend in Dallas.

Tiah Savage was running the front desk. She was unprofessional at best and lacked basic decency. After stating that the hotel was oversold, she told us that we could $7,000 for the presidential suite or wait three hours to see if any guest checked in.

THE AIR CONDITIONER WOULD ONLY TURN DOWN TO 66. AND IT FELT WARMER THAN 66 IN THE ROOM. MY WIFE AND I LIKE TO SLEEP WITH IT COOL AT NIGHT. THIS MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO SLEEP.

Room was well appointed, comfortable, and the bathroom outstanding. Great location. Coffee and good food within walking distance or on the hotel grounds. Health club - although smaller by recent standards - was outstanding and well maintained.

The guest fl. halls were very noisy! You could hear conversations outside late into the night. Even at a moderate level. The opening and shutting of neighboring guest room doors thundered through my room. Very disappointing. Would not return. Unfortunate

Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and gym.

The basic facility was fine. It's just badly maintained and run.

Hospitality - On an empty Sunday night, the stuck me in worst room available. Cleanliness - I was awake all night with a runny nose due to mold in the A/C. Housekeeping - A reservation for 2, but only 1 bathrobe and no ice bucket. Pushy/rude Valet

The hotel is very nice. A great location, downtown. The staff was awesome.

The $25 a day destination transient fee. (resort fee) the hotel is expensive to begin with, $46/day valet parking and taxes and fees added $300 to our bill over three nights.

The hotel had asked if we were celebrating anything special. We were and I assumed they would do something in the room. They did nothing. It was fine but a little disappointing at such a high end hote

Not the glitziest 5 Star I've ever stayed in, but definitely has the kindest and most service oriented staff I've ever seen. Everywhere we went we were greeted with genuine smiles. You all made us feel right at home. I'll definitely be back.

This was a quick honeymoon getaway for my wife and me. The front desk upgraded our room to the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The staff also delivered chocolates dipped strawberries to our room. Best hotel experience ever

Room is newly remodeled. If you're a woman traveling alone, this is not a good choice. You have to go outside of the hotel to get to a restaurant or bar; otherwise, it's room service.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Also, the spa was like one you would find in a strip mall. I booked a "spa" pedicure only to be led to a bare room with a reclining chair and no water. I've never heard of a "dry" pedicure in my 20 years of having my toes done

Beautiful hotel, courtyard and view, great location, shopping and cafe's right across the parking lot!

Junior Suite could use upgraded finishes but that's minuscule compared to the view and the beautiful hotel and courtyard!

The hotel is located in a very good area of downtown. It is walking distance from most of the main hangouts.

The accommodations were barely what you would find in a 3 star hotel.

The location is perfect! Once you're parked, there's no need to hop in your car for any food, drinks or entertainment. The staff was also wonderful, so kind and professional in both the spa & hotel.

Once the renovations are completed in the Fall, this hotel will be much better. Currently the rooms & pool are a little outdated but the pictures of the renovated rooms look beautiful. The pool bar was not staffed on weekdays.
