The condo was well appointed with a fireplace.
The view of the room of where we were staying was very nice as well as the room itself. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice. The ability to text message the staff for any accommodations was a good feature.
Excellent front desk & Elements staff. Excellent New Year's Day brunch. Spa couples massage was excellent. Spa relaxation room & tea were nice. The Mill coffee, pastry & outdoor seating was excellent. Great King room. Patriot Van service was excellent.

Cons -

On Monday, there weren't any restaurants at the resort open for breakfast. The business center was dirty with leftover food, napkins, and drinks and it only consisted of an antiquated laptop that didn't work.
Unfortunately the resort spa which we wanted to book our couples massage did not have any availability during our stay. Also, they had signs in the room which indicated to book the massage we had to contact/text a specific number but it wasn't it
Very disappointed the spa water cooler & lockers were not working. Robs + slippers were not in locker or anywhere else. The shower had hot water for only 30 seconds. No combs or hair staying products.

Room smelled of mold. Areas were dirty. The tile by the door was dangerously broken and uneven. Unable to stay. Left by 8:30 pm. When we went to front desk the associate took a long time to come out as she was visibly watching a movie. Awaiting refund.
