Everything was wonderful. Nice clean room with a nice view. Room service was nice. Parking was easy and convenient. staff were very friendly.
Just a small item.. asked for soft boiled eggs, didnt come with an egg cup.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It is my husband's 50th birthday weekend and they had balloons, champagne, chocolate truffles, and chocolate-covered strawberries in the room when we arrived. They put us in the best room on the 18th floor with an amazing view of the ocean. At the bar, DONNIE was absolutely the best. He made us feel welcomed and made the best old-fashioned and paparazzi drink we have had. Not to mention he recommended the crab patties and bacon-wrapped shrimp and we were not disappointed. Donnie made our stay experience outstanding.

Location,amenities, comfortable beds, kind and attentive staff. Gift shop coffee so good.
Indoor Pool had multiple cigarette butts and bugs in it. No microwave in the ADA king room(541), kleenex/toilet paper placed on top shelf in ADA bathroom inaccessible should be low enough for someone in a wheelchair to reach. Balcony has old sliding door/step difficult to negotiate with wheelchair. The View for someone sitting in a wheelchair is nonexistent or of the roof/white wall.

I love the friendliness of the front desk. Rooms were clean.
The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that you have to pay for your parking per day $30 for self Park and you have to pay for your breakfast $20 on a Friday.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Lots of great amenities.
AC had to work hard! It was difficult getting the room to our preferred cool temperature.
