Pros +
- Comfortable, clean rooms. Great location, easy to get the Main Street.

- The beds were pretty comfy, room size, bathroom upgrade and breakfast was ok.
Cons -
- Room was leaking in multiple places with the rain, even on yhe bed where I was laying. Balcony you could not see anything only the top of the trees. We did not get taken care of much for leaking roof. Just a discount which was little for how much we paid. Little parking and staff takes forever at front desk.
- Noisy because of the adjacent freeway and very high price increase from a regular stay to a high-demand stay on Valentine’s weekend.

Great location, walking distance to the pier, beach and downtown, clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, delicious hot, fresh breakfast with lots of choices.
