Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Hotel was so hot and the ac was not working due to them building the balconies out which covered the vents for the ac. Room was so hot.

The things that I like about La Quinta by Wyndham Nashville Airport is that parking was convenient. The folks at check in are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat.
It would be nice if the were Coke machines on the upper floors.

We were unaware of any renovations taking place upon arrival. We arrived in town early due to unforseen circumstances and we're denied early arrival which left us napping in our car until 3pm check in time. ( we work thirds and had worked until 330am and drove all the way to nashville) . We asked twice upon arrival about an early check in around 8am and 1030am and were denied both times. Once we finally checked in at 3 we were charged the wrong amount for our stay according to what was supposed to have been charged on booking, which i later found out was a deposit required for damages. ( this was fine...but it was not disclosed upon check in). We were told there may be "a little" dust in the halls from the renovations going on but our room should be fine. We get to the room and we could not even hear our TV turned all the wat up due to the noise being made my the construction crew. The room had significant damages. Holes and paint scraped off the walls, holes in the entertainment center/dresser, horrible water pressure in the shower , the shower dripped so loudly we had to keep the door shut at night, the toilet wouldn't flush correctly, all surfaces were dirty/stained and our room also had no fire alarm installed. The bath towels and sheets smelled like burning electrical wire, which is probably a burnt out overused dryer element. The hallways were a whole mess, drywall dust and caulk everywhere on every service, the elevators were disgusting. We didn't even bother to eat breakfast with all the dust and debris being in the air. I'm not a hard person to please at all, and I have been very loyal to La Quinta here lately and have swapped from Mariott to Wyndham...but this was the worst experience thus far with a La Quinta and we will not be staying here again. From the customer service or lack there of, to the hotels physical appearance...the La Quinta gets a 1/5 from us.

Confortable bedroom. The personal at breakfast was very kind.
The carpet of the room was dirty. The shower head was leaking, however They repeated it really chick.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The location was great and easy to reach.
They charge an undisclosed $50 deposit that takes up to 14 days to get back. Half of the hotel was in repairs but still being used with no flooring. The other half had dirty gross carpets. Our room had what looked like blood stains on the floor. The toilet ran constantly and even after telling the front desk it wasn't fixed. None of the side doors work so everyone had to use the front door from any side of the building.

The location was great.
The hotel was filthy and I woke up to bed bugs in my bed the last morning. I tried to speak with management, but I was running late for my flight and the power went out while I was checking out. Once the power came back on and the staff member returned to check me out, I did not have the time to get into it because I had to get to the airport.

The folks at the check in are always super courteous and helpful. Everything is clean. The location is excellent.
The only thing that would be better is if there were Coke machines on the upper floors.
