- The hotel was not very crowded. It was easily the best hotel on this trip.

- The night front desk attendant was rude and wouldn't let you talk or listen. She couldn't figure out how to process the deposit when the room was prepaid, and she was extremely short with us and wouldn't listen to what we were saying.
- It was a little difficult to find. They only had a continental breakfast.
- They sent me to a room that was already occupied with someone.

I liked the remodeled lobby and the deep outdoor pool.
We stayed in the same room for days until noticing bed bugs bites. We showed the staff and switched rooms since we decided to extend our stay again and there was no offer for refund or comp the price for the new room. We are looking into a lawsuit
