Never got my laptop online. Despite advertising free Wi-Fi needed an awards membership, but still did not work. Also, not a walkable area of Tacoma at all.

Free breakfast añd close to downtown and activities

Lots of freeway noise, double beds feel terribly small for 2 people

I appreciated that they had security and that it was close to the freeway.

Every other time I used my key, I had to go get a new one. It would deactivate! My room also did not have cold water in the sink.

Easy access on and off the highway! The breakfast was excellent. And the dining room was surprisingly good. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location and access are extremely convenirnt

The night front desk attendant was rude and wouldn't let you talk or listen. She couldn't figure out how to process the deposit when the room was prepaid, and she was extremely short with us and wouldn't listen to what we were saying.

The hotel was not very crowded. It was easily the best hotel on this trip.

It was a little difficult to find. They only had a continental breakfast.

I liked the remodeled lobby and the deep outdoor pool.

We stayed in the same room for days until noticing bed bugs bites. We showed the staff and switched rooms since we decided to extend our stay again and there was no offer for refund or comp the price for the new room. We are looking into a lawsuit

Front desk staff was amazing

Filthy floors, asked to have the room cleaned (left a $10 tip) and they only made one bed, took hand towels and bath mat but did not replace. I stayed here last year and had a completely different experience, which is why we came back again.

Not really,but its one of the cleanest room n staffs are very Nice n friendly,they love their job!👏👏👍👍

Breakfast needs some better food

Nice pool, conveniently located for events. Would stay for the right price.

Breakfast options lacking. Paid $--- for a $--- room. Not a good area.

The price

The location - people yelling outside in the streets, it was very sketchy, the night person at the front desk was rude and used profanity while talking to security. The tub had dirt on the corners.

Could not get ADA room as requested because I booked on priceline..Regular room toilet too low for arthiritis could not use tub needed roll in shower I use a mobility scooter

Room was clean, bed was great.

Breakfast was a joke.

Easy parking with 24 hr security

The rooms seemed to have no noise proofing. Could hear the people partying up stairs

They were testing fire alarms at 9 am, with no notice until the night before on a flyer that I almost slipped on coming into my room. Extremely unhappy to not be even offered a discount on another night, or offered something like ear plugs for ear safety

Location to the Tacoma Dome

Booked room with fridge and microwave. Did not have microwave. Comforters for both beds had yellow stains on them. Toilet had fecal matter in it.

No vending machines. The TV remote was bad. Train tracks were 50 yards away. The restaurant menu had no appetizers or desserts. I can?t help breakfast was just a few carbs. And there was a fire which caused an evacuation.
